Cancellation Policy
- • 100% cancellation of any flight/helicopter booking if booked under a non-refundable category
- • 100% cancellation of any hotel booked under a non-refundable category
- • 30% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/voucher issuance
- • 50% cancellation of the package cost before 10 days of travel
- • 100% cancellation of the package cost before 07 days of travel
- • No refund for bad weather, landslide, natural disaster, terrorism, pandemic or virus attack; travel dates may be amended where possible
- • Refunds after cancellation take 14 working days from the cancellation date

- ! Payment policy: 30% of package cost at booking confirmation, remaining 50% payable 10 days prior to travel, 100% payment required for any flights/helicopter tickets at the time of booking.
