- ! Ranthambore National Park safari zones and vehicle slots are allocated by the forest department in advance — for large groups, safaris are split across multiple zones and/or morning and afternoon shifts.
- ! Ranthambore National Park core zones are closed during the monsoon (July–September); this itinerary runs October–June, with November–April offering the best wildlife sightings.
- ! Given the group size, accommodation in Ranthambore and Bikaner may be split across two nearby properties of comparable category, as no single hotel in either town has room inventory for the full group.
- ! The desert camel safari and sunset program at Sam Sand Dunes is weather-dependent; a comparable cultural program will be arranged at the hotel if conditions don't permit.
- ! The Fateh Prakash Palace Museum inside Chittorgarh Fort is closed on Mondays — the day's schedule is adjusted if the visit falls on a Monday.
